Appearance Color of Parts
We can now apply color to all parts, features selected (including surface or curve), or face certain models.
We can also change the color by manipulating the appearance of shaded model.
Color choices are made with a Color Change the color set supercedes the Document Properties tab.
We can also use the Appearances Property Manager to determine the color, material appearance,
and transparency for parts and assembly components. To sketch or curve it, use the Property Manager Color Sketch / Curve to apply the color.
To apply the color or visual properties for the part or assembly components:
Click Edit> Appearance or Edit, Appearance, Appearance.
Set the properties on the Appearances Property Manager.
Add PhotoWorks to work with the Advanced tab, which include Illumination, Mapping, and Surface Finish tabs, and a choice of options Color / Image tab.
To display a simplified Color / Image interface, click the Basic tab.
Click OK.
